Policy
1. Appointments
I am a private, home-based nail tech. No extra guests are allowed unless it’s a friend with a confirmed appointment immediately after yours, and it must be scheduled in advance.
Please arrive on time. There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and you will not be allowed in.
2. Deposits & Payments
A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total.
The remaining balance is due at your appointment. I accept Apple Pay, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards; there will be an added tax on credit cards.
No-call, no-show appointments will forfeit their deposit and will not be allowed to reschedule the same day.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to booking restrictions.
4. Service Guarantee
If your nails chip or break, you may return for a free repair within 5 business days.
After 5 days, you need to book a new appointment and pay the full price for a new set.
Please send clear photos of any damage before booking a repair appointment.
5. Guest Policy
Due to limited space and privacy, please come alone unless your guest has a scheduled appointment after yours.
6. Health & Cleanliness
Please arrive with clean hands.
No eating or smoking is allowed during your service.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone disrespectful, unsanitary, or who fails to follow these policies.
7. Aftercare & Liability
Handle your nails with care, especially during the first 24 hours after your appointment.
Avoid excessive soaking, picking, or using your nails as tools.
